A place to return to what is already here.
Inspired by the hibiscus flower — a symbol of Shiva & Shakti, of impermanence and presence.
The hibiscus opens fully, yet only for a brief moment. For us, it is a reminder to meet life as it is — to slow down, become present and return to what is already here.
A quiet return to yourself.
For eleven years, I have carried a vision of a place I could feel long before I knew what it would become. A place where life could move at a different pace — closer to nature, to the body, to what matters.
Four years ago, that journey began to take shape. I left behind the familiar rhythm of a life that constantly asks us to do more, move faster and become something else, and started to explore what it might mean to build a life that feels more like my own.
My first 200-hour yoga teacher training in Bali opened a new door. Teaching became a way of listening — to the body, to breath, to the people in front of me — and of discovering my own way of sharing practice.
A 300-hour training in an ashram in India took me deeper. From there, my path continued into somatics and embodiment: learning to feel what happens beneath the surface, to soften the layers we collect from society, and to drop back into the body.
Over time, yoga became more than a practice. It became a way of returning home — not to somewhere outside of ourselves, but to what has always been there.
La Casa Sura is an expression of that journey. A place to meet yourself, to slow down, to share, to learn and to let the path unfold in its own time.
